Our Services rely heavily on Artificial Intelligence APIs, specifically provided by OpenAI. When you submit a resume for analysis or building, the text content of your resume is transmitted securely to OpenAI. Important: We utilize enterprise-tier API agreements ensuring that OpenAI does not use your submitted resume data to train their public models. Your data is processed ephemerally solely to generate your feedback.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice. Temporary session files (like uploaded PDFs) are automatically purged from our servers within 24 hours. Saved resumes attached to user accounts are stored indefinitely until the user manually deletes them or requests account termination.
